Gentle Winter Garden

It snowed today, it also snowed on Monday, and it's due to snow Friday...Sunday....& again on Monday! Oh....sooooooo much snow! Some people don't like the snow...they say it's cold, wet and icky! I love the snow...the gentleness of how it falls. How everything becomes soft and quiet. It's beautiful I think!

It looks so pretty. Being summer here in Australia I can only imagine what it must be like.

Hi Alice, I love your perennials covered with snow and your garden ornaments as well. This is why I don't cut my perennials down over the winter, it atleast gives me something pretty to look at. A winterscape.

I think your snow looks incredible. I would love to experience it, maybe I'd have trouble living in it since we don't have snow here in Winter!

Your garden in snow is so pretty.

They are predicting 5 to 8 inches of snow, for us, beginning around noon today and continuing through tomorrow morning. We really need the moisture, so the snow is a welcome sight for us. And we love watching the snow. Molly likes romping around in the snow, too.
